With a strong foundation in fashion design and development, Sonja leads and shapes Major Label Group’s creative vision across design, technical execution, and merchandising. She works closely with design teams on a daily basis to drive innovation, translating trends into elevated, well crafted collections. Her creative leadership ensures every assortment is cohesive, market relevant, and reflective of the MLG aesthetic and quality standards.

Michael brings extensive experience in fashion retail and manufacturing operations, strengthening MLG’s partnerships and cross functional collaboration.
